Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on holidays or weekends.
If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for your delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping is determined by location and weight. Shipping will be decided at checkout. Spend $75.00 USD in the U.S to receive FREE shipping. Once shipped, your order tracking number will provide the most up to date information on your anticipated arrival date.
Shipping rates are calculated at check out.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of USPS or the selected shipping carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
• Please double-check with household members and neighbors
• Look around mailboxes, porches, side doors, garages, etc.
• Contact your local post office with your tracking number
• File a missing mail claim here: usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
Note: It’s common for USPS to mark a package “delivered” a little early, with the actual delivery happening within the next 1–2 days. Keep an eye out!
Sara Bauer Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
We recommend shipping to a secure location or purchasing insurance at checkout for added peace of mind.
WE DO NOT COVER THE COSTS OF DUTIES AND TAXES ON OUR END. THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER ON THEIR REGION.
